- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You enter a card to begin, we remind you before it ends, and you're charged on day 7 unless you cancel. No contract — cancel anytime. (Prefer to look around first? You can also create a free account with no card.)
- What happens if I cancel?
- Cancel anytime — there's no contract. Your account switches to read-only so you can still sign in to view, download, and export your completed forms. That read-only access lasts 6 months; after that, access is turned off — but we keep your forms, we don't delete them. Reactivate anytime and your past forms come right back.
- What counts as a “user”?
- A user is an agent, producer, or CSR with a login on your account. Clients who fill a form via a link are never charged as users.
- Can I add more users?
- Yes. The Agent plan includes 1–4 users; add more anytime at $29/user/mo — use the Team size calculator to see your total. The Agency plan includes 10 users and scales the same way.
- What's the difference between Agent and Agency?
- Both include every form. Agency adds white-label — your own branded subdomain, logo, and colors, plus client/producer sharing — so submissions happen under your brand.
- Do you charge per form?
- No. Every plan is one flat price for the whole workflow — no per-form or per-submission fees.
- Can I switch plans or cancel?
- Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account; annual plans are billed yearly at two months off.
