Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information DigitalAgentForms collects, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to your use of the DigitalAgentForms website and platform.
1. Information we collect
We collect:
- Account information — name, email, agency name, and login credentials you provide when you register.
- Submission data — the information entered into applications and forms by you or by your clients, which may include personal information about applicants and insureds.
- Billing information — processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage and device data — log data, IP address, and basic analytics about how the Service is used, to operate and improve it.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including preparing, saving, and transmitting forms to the recipients you designate.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.
- To improve the Service using aggregated or de-identified data.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With the recipients you designate (such as an underwriter, wholesaler, or your client) when you send a form.
- With service providers that help us run the Service — for example, cloud hosting and database, email delivery, and payment processing — under obligations of confidentiality and only as needed to provide the Service.
- When required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of DigitalAgentForms, our users, or others.
- In connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
4. Information about your clients and insureds
When you or your clients enter information about applicants and insureds, you are the controller of that information and are responsible for having the authority and consents to provide it. We process it on your behalf solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for your own privacy practices with your clients.
5. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in our custody, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data retention
We retain account and submission data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service (for example, so you can reuse a prior submission at renewal), and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data as described below, subject to those obligations.
7. Your choices and rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your account information, and you may close your account, by contacting us at privacy@digitalagentforms.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor those rights as required.
8. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service (such as keeping you signed in) and, where enabled, basic analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
9. Children
The Service is intended for business use by professionals and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide notice of material changes.
